Full job description

Our client is seeking an Epic Beaker CP/AP Analyst to join their team. As a Beaker Analyst, you will be part of the applications team. The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, the ability to speak with stakeholders, be a problem solver and be a team player.

Job Title: Beaker Analyst CP/AP Certified

Location: MA

Rate: $93,000- $138,000. Please note that the final offer may vary within the listed Pay Range, based on a candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.

What’s the Job?

  • Partner with inpatient and outpatient laboratory teams to understand current-state workflows, identify gaps, and support future-state workflow design.

  • Collaborate with interface, integration, and technical teams to support interoperability needs across healthcare systems, laboratory systems, instruments, and downstream applications.

  • Create clear documentation, including workflow diagrams, functional specifications, build notes, testing plans, issue logs, and decision tracking.

  • Provide steady, reliable project support while helping drive tasks forward with minimal oversight.

What’s Needed?

  • Beaker Certification Cp/AP

  • Hospital experience supporting Beaker

  • HL7 and interface knowledge

  • Understanding of clinical lab language and workflows

  • Ability to troubleshoot, communicate, and collaborate (and listen)
