The patient services representative will serve as the main point of contact for all patients. This position will interact with all patients as they enter, leave, or request assistance within any of our facilities. The patient services representative will exemplify customer service while ensuring each patient interaction is handled with care.
Greeting and checking in patients efficiently both prior to and following their appointments to ensure smooth scheduling and documentation.

Providing assistance with patient care tasks as needed, supporting clinical staff to enhance the patient experience and facilitate timely care.

Calling patients to confirm appointments, manage scheduling, and ensure patients are prepared for their visits.

Collaborating closely with physicians, coordinators, and other healthcare team members to address their needs, coordinate patient care, and support overall clinic workflow.
