UKG Project Manager

Direct Hire/Perm Placement Role: UKG Project Manager Location: US Remote Salary: Up to $80K/yr. plus bonus, commensurate with exp. Position Summary: The Professional Services Project Manager provides full-range project management services for UKG Ready™ (WFR) suite of products. The role focuses as the main point of contact serving as a bridge between customers, internal RCM and UKG project teams. The PM strives to deliver business value for clients through project management services enabling consistent, on time, on budget, projects with high quality results. The PM is expected to be responsible for all aspects pertaining to the on-going status of the project. PMs will collaborate with multiple cross-functional roles in order to ensure timely, efficient, and successful WFR implementations. Responsibilities:

• Demonstrable leadership and adaptability skills and ability to apply logic to solve complex problems and mitigate risks associated to the project

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Conflict resolution: drive to overcome difficult external and internal obstacles while still meeting necessary deliverables

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills fostering collaboration inside and outside the organization and experience mentoring, motivating, and leading team members

• Drive to innovate and improve processes and methodologies utilized

• Ability to multitask and balance various projects related to different modules in the organization

• Identify and manage project risks; escalate as needed for resolution

• Create and manage timelines with the client, preferably with experience utilizing Smartsheet's project management capabilities, maintaining project budgets

• Develop change management procedures for the project and milestone signoff criteria and drive integration project plans with clear metrics, operating mechanisms and regular updates to stakeholders and u nderstand and analyze various project documents

Specific knowledge, skills & abilities:

• Prior experience implementing/project managing UKG Ready full-suite implementations

• Full understanding of the UKG Ready products, modules and environment

• Knowledge of UKG Ready implementation methodology, including the use of Smartsheet © project management software

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven meeting facilitator with explicit skills leading productive meetings

• Advanced skills in all Microsoft Office Products Ability to manage diverse teams handling multiple assignments concurrently

Education, experience & certifications:

• Bachelor's degree 3+ Years' experience with UKG Ready ™ implementations

• Project management certifications are a plus
