Full job description

We are seeking a Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physician for an ongoing locum tenens opportunity at well-supported community hospitals. This position offers flexible scheduling with a particular need for night, weekend, and holiday coverage .

Position Details

  • Ongoing locum assignment

  • 8-10 shifts per month available

  • Mix of 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts

  • No call required

  • EPIC EMR

  • Community hospital and Level III trauma environment

  • Strong specialty backup available

Requirements

  • MD or DO

  • Completion of an Emergency Medicine residency

  • Board Certified Emergency Medicine (ABEM/AOBEM)

  • Active state license or IMLC eligibility

  • ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications

  • Ability to obtain hospital privileges

Ideal Candidate

  • Comfortable managing a broad spectrum of emergency cases

  • Experienced with standard EM procedures including airway management and central line placement

  • Interested in consistent ongoing coverage opportunities
