We are seeking a creative, forward-thinking, process-minded effective communicator to join our team. This is a hands-on HR role with a strong focus on day-to-day administration, process execution, documentation, systems, and coordination. The successful candidate will be comfortable balancing frequent employee interaction with detailed administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and a wide range of HR support to our team members across numerous locations including but not limited to:

  • Partner with NTSSC for all aspects of payroll administration at a site level;

  • Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, volunteer events, and community outreach initiatives.

  • Own all aspects of talent acquisition at a site level, including job descriptions, job postings, interview and selection, job offers and applicant tracking system (SuccessFactors) administration and compliance;

  • Facilitate all aspects of onboarding and offboarding at a stie level;

  • Partner with NTSSC for open enrollment and administration of benefit programs for the site;

  • Process all site claims (workers comp, unemployment, etc.) including handling appeals;

  • Administer all FMLA & AAP requirements for the site;

  • Site point of contact and administrator for Random Drug & Alcohol testing;

  • Administer all aspects of employee relations and compliance for the site, such as change of status, verification of employment and core training requirements.

This position will be in Hazelton, PA but may require travel to other production facilities on an as-needed basis.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associates degree or higher in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field required from an accredited University.

  • At least two years of human resources experience.

  • SAP payroll, MS Office, and HR related systems experience.

  • Commitment to safety; actively involved in safety initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

  • Prior experience using NOVAtime, Workforce Solutions and/or payroll administration system.

  • Prior experience using/knowledge of SuccessFactors.

  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations talent systems and understand, interpret, and report analytics.

  • Benefits administration experience.
