Looking for an OT opportunity where you can make a meaningful impact and still maintain a great work-life balance? ?? We're seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to support students in a welcoming school setting in beautiful Valley Center, CA !
? Position Details ?? Start Date: August 20, 2026
? 35 Hours Per Week
?? 9-Month School Contract
?? Caseload: Approximately 50 students
?? Resource-based educational setting
?? Supportive team environment
?? What You'll Do • Conduct evaluations and assessments

Develop individualized therapy plans

Provide direct occupational therapy services

Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Support students in reaching their educational and developmental goals
? Requirements • Active California OT License

School-based experience preferred, but not required
-
Knowledge of OT professional standards and best practices

CPR, TB clearance, and health certifications as applicable

Must meet state and federal requirements
?? Compensation ? $70/hour local pay rate

Minimum Requirements:

Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of practice

One (1) year of prior professional Occupational Therapy experience preferred

Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice

Current CPR if applicable
-
TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
-
Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
