Detail Technician

Join the Auffenberg Dealer Group as a Detail Technician in O'Fallon, IL. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining the appearance of our vehicles, ensuring each one meets our high standards of cleanliness and presentation before reaching our customers. Responsibilities * Thoroughly clean and detail vehicles, both interior and exterior, to company standards. * Prepare vehicles for delivery by washing, waxing, vacuuming, and polishing. * Inspect vehicle surfaces and repair minor blemishes or report major issues to management. * Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good working order. * Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies while performing duties. * Work efficiently to meet daily detailing targets. Requirements * Previous experience in auto detailing or related field preferred. * Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality workmanship. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively. * Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work.
