REMOTE Salesforce Developer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions that support business processes and drive operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Salesforce platform development, integration, customization, and best practices while collaborating closely with business stakeholders, administrators, and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications and enhancements.

• Build and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, and Salesforce APIs.

• Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems using Mulesoft.

• Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.

• Create and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.

• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, performance bottlenecks, and data integrity concerns.

• Participate in release management, deployment planning, and environment strategy.

• Develop unit tests and maintain code coverage according to Salesforce standards.

• Document technical designs, development processes, and system configurations.

• Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and emerging technologies.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience.

• Strong proficiency in:

o Apex

o Lightning Web Components (LWC)

o SOQL/SOSL

o Salesforce Flow

o Visualforce

o Salesforce APIs

• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

• Knowledge of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, profiles, roles, and permission sets.

• Experience with source control systems such as Git.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

• Azure DevOps

• Knowledge of CI/CD practices.

• Experience working in enterprise-scale Salesforce environments.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills. • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.

• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.

• Experience with:

o Experience Cloud

o Marketing Cloud

o CPQ

o MuleSoft
