Full job description

Our client, a leading manufacturing entity, is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to join their team. As a Manufacturing Associate, you will be part of the production team supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective teamwork skills, and a commitment to quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Associate

Location: Blythewood, SC

Pay Range: $15/hour

Shift: Monday-Thursday (5:45am-4:15pm) overtime based off the needs of the business

What's the Job?

  • Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment in accordance with established procedures.

  • Assemble products to meet defined specifications, quality, and safety standards.

  • Conduct routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of equipment.

  • Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with quality requirements.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

What's Needed?

  • 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.

  • Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with manufacturing equipment.

  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
