CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking anEMR Technician IIto join ourAsset Management TeaminFort Washington, PA. In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering accurate, reliable asset data by performing field assessments, documenting equipment and instrumentation, and maintaining information within cloud-based asset management platforms. This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on professional who enjoys technical problem-solving, values accuracy, and takes pride in supporting projects that drive operational excellence.

What You'll Do:

  • Perform detailed field walkdowns of client assets to capture accurate equipment hierarchy, instrumentation, and asset data

  • Generate and apply equipment and instrumentation labels in alignment with project and client standards

  • Support population and maintenance of Master Asset Listings (MAL) and project-specific spreadsheets within CMMS and CCMS platforms

  • Participate in project team meetings, offering updates and insights to support accurate data entry and project progress

  • Conduct peer quality reviews of asset and maintenance documentation prepared by junior team members

  • Assist with inventory coordination, including movement and organization of equipment within stockroom environments as well as vendor coordination for recommended spare parts and equipment

What You Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience required

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, team-first mindset

  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and cloud-based tools

  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and support team members across technical project environments

  • Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail

  • Familiarity with CMMS platforms such as SAP, BlueMountain, or Maximo preferred

  • Knowledge of SharePoint preferred

  • Ability to meet client site-specific requirements and travel locally as needed

  • Valid driver’s license required

Salary Range:

$26.92 - $33.65

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
