About Syllo
Syllo is on a mission to transform litigation. Our product is a unified litigation platform that enables lawyers and paralegals to safely harness the power of language models and agentic AI throughout the litigation life cycle. Since going to market, we have gained a diverse group of enterprise customers, including some of the biggest law firms and corporations in the country, and we are quickly expanding. By reducing the expense of litigation industry-wide, we aim to improve access to high-quality representation and promote the alignment of legal outcomes with merit.
About the Role
We're growing quickly, and as our Product & Engineering organization expands, we're looking for someone who thrives on bringing clarity, structure, and operational excellence to fast-moving teams.
Responsibilities
As Syllo's Technical Program Manager, you'll own the operational pulse of Product & Engineering.
- Drive day-to-day execution of our software development lifecycle, maintaining alignment between teams without sacrificing speed. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires exceptional organization, sound judgment, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with meticulous execution.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Technical Project Management, Engineering Operations, or a similar role supporting software engineering organizations.
- Demonstrated success leading execution across multiple engineering teams in a high-growth technology company.
- Strong understanding of modern software development practices, including Agile, Scrum, Git-based development workflows, CI/CD, and software release processes.
- Experience managing technical programs from planning through delivery, coordinating dependencies, resolving blockers, and driving cross-functional alignment.
- Comfortable partnering with highly technical engineering leaders while effectively communicating with Product, Design, QA, Customer Success, and executive leadership.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage many concurrent initiatives without losing attention to detail.
- Strong judgment and the ability to balance competing priorities while helping teams make thoughtful tradeoffs.
- Proven ability to improve engineering processes and operational efficiency without introducing unnecessary bureaucracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical work into clear updates for a broad range of stakeholders.
- Highly proactive and self-directed. You identify problems before they become blockers and build systems that help teams operate more effectively.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities evolve quickly and ambiguity is expected. Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience). Salary Range ($160K to $190K) plus health insurance and equity.
United States - Remote Pay Range $160,000 — $190,000 USD
