Full job description
General Laborer- Pay up to $20/hr- IN.
Location: Indianapolis, IN.
Pay: $20/hr
Shift: 1st shift- 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
-
Remove cardboard, plastic, and other waste materials from work areas.

Perform moderate to heavy lifting throughout the shift.

Use pallet jacks to move, organize, strap, and catalog materials.

Assist with equipment and camera installation projects.

Use hand tools and air-powered tools to complete assigned tasks.

Follow diagrams and step-by-step work instructions.
-
Support inventory, housekeeping, and general warehouse operations.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
Required Qualifications
-
Ability to consistently lift 40-50 lbs.
-
Comfortable working 8-hour shifts on concrete floors.

Experience in general labor, warehouse, construction, loading, packaging, or cleaning environments.

Ability to use pallet jacks and basic hand tools.

Strong attendance and reliability.

Ability to follow instructions and take direction from supervisors.

Willingness to perform physical work and adapt to different responsibilities.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
