In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
-
Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing electrical issues in a residential environment
-
Installing electrical equipment such as generators, panels, and car chargers
-
Updating miscellaneous wiring, switches, lighting, outlets, and performing service upgrades
-
Evaluating homes and offices for electrical safety and make safety recommendations to customer as needed.

Maintaining proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle
-
Traveling to job sites in your service area, and working with dispatchers to ensure the schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to the customer
Qualifications:
-
4 or more years of Residential Electrical Experience
-
Generac generator experience a plus.
-
Familiarity with the Nexstar Service System is a plus.

Proficiency in using Service Titan or similar field management software a plus.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose technical issues accurately.

Strong communication skills to interact with customers professionally and courteously.

Dedication to safety, adhering to safety guidelines and promoting a safe work environment.

Compensation includes an hourly wage plus incentives.
