$40/Hour | Part-Time Schedule | 9-Month School Assignment
Onsite in Marysville, WA | Support One Student in a High School Setting
Are you a dedicated Special Education Teacher looking for a rewarding opportunity with a focused caseload? This position offers the unique chance to provide individualized educational support to one student while working a consistent morning schedule that allows for work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

Provide specialized instruction and educational support to an assigned student
-
Implement and monitor Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals

Collaborate with school staff, administrators, and related service providers

Adapt instructional strategies to meet individual learning needs

Maintain required documentation and progress reporting
-
Support the student's academic, behavioral, and social development
Required Qualifications
-
Valid Washington State Special Education teaching certification as required by state and district regulations
-
Special Education endorsement required
-
Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements
-
Must be at least 18 years of age
-
Current CPR certification if required
-
Current TB screening, PPD, or chest X-ray if required
-
Current health certificate if required
Preferred Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university

Minimum one year of teaching experience

Learning Behavior Specialist (LBS1) endorsement

Standard Elementary, Secondary, or Special Education Teaching Certification

WA ESA Certification with Special Education endorsement preferred
