• Takes call to provide 24/7 coverage, including weekends and holidays.
• Conducts forensic examinations and evidence collection for victims of sexual assault.
• Ensures competency and certification as defined by relevant state councils against sexual violence.
• Collaborates with medical and law enforcement professionals to support victims.
• Maintains accurate documentation and follows legal protocols for evidence handling. Provides compassionate care and emotional support to victims.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Basic computer skills – must be able to navigate Microsoft windows based programs. [Required]

Education:

• Associate's of Nursing [Required]
• Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]

Work Experience:

• 1+ year hospital experience [Required]

Licenses and Certifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]
• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
• Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner - Adult (SANE-A) [Preferred]
• Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) [Preferred]

Pay Range:
