Job Description
As a Recruiter Intern, you will support the Recruiter team throughout the recruitment process while gaining hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in understanding clients' hiring requirements and job qualifications.
- Create and publish job postings across various recruitment platforms.
- Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial CV screening and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support recruiters in conducting screening calls and interviews.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates by ensuring a professional recruitment experience.
- Assist in preparing recruitment reports and other administrative tasks.
- Participate in client meetings or onsite visits (when required) to gain a better understanding of hiring needs.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Human Resources.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and team members.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, job portals, and other digital platforms for candidate sourcing.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Previous internship, organizational, or project experience in recruitment or HR is a plus, but not required.
