Job Title: Production Technician

Job Description

As a Production Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting the mining industry by ensuring the efficient extraction of solvent used to produce magnets. You will handle rare earth materials transferred from mining quarries and process them at our facility. Your responsibilities will include receiving products, loading machines, and monitoring gauges, temperatures, and chemical levels to ensure accurate documentation. Basic mechanical aptitude is required for troubleshooting machinery, and proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary for documentation purposes.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and manage rare earth materials for processing.

  • Load machines with products and monitor operational parameters.

  • Document gauges, temperatures, and chemical levels accurately.

  • Troubleshoot machinery using basic mechanical skills.

  • Utilize Microsoft Office for documentation tasks.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in machine operation and production processes.

  • Strong mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting machinery.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office for documentation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Machine Operator.

Work Environment

Work in a temperature-controlled, newly built manufacturing floor equipped with advanced machinery. This role requires standing throughout your shift with no seating available. Enjoy a balanced work-life schedule with a '3 on, 4 off' rotation, alternating between 36 and 48-hour weeks. The shift hours are from 6pm to 6am, Wednesday through Saturday.

This is a Contract position based out of Wheat Ridge, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
