Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed inspections of towel and tissue products to ensure they meet quality standards.

• Package, box, and neatly stack finished products to prepare for shipment, maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency.

• Follow detailed instructions from Machine Operators to facilitate smooth and continuous production.

• Keep a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times to promote a healthy workspace.

• Conduct basic counting and mathematical tasks to accurately track production output.

• Lift and stack boxes weighing up to 50 lbs., and stand for extended periods to meet production goals.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Prior manufacturing or quality inspection experience is preferred, but not mandatory.

• Basic math skills are essential; candidates must complete a math test prior to employment.

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and stand for long durations.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Dependable, self-motivated, and committed to safety and cleanliness.

• Willingness to follow instructions diligently and work effectively under supervision.

Shift Options & Benefits:

• Day Shift: 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM

• Swing Shift: 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM

• Night (Graveyard) Shift: 10:45 PM – 7:15 AM

Pay Details: $17.50 per hour
