\n Relevant experience must be performing compliance, legal, auditing, or related work, and also include working in an area directly related to Customer missions (e.g., collection, intelligence, cybersecurity).

\n The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:

\n Monitors and triages incoming work items, analyzes and compiles information to create new actions, routes actions to appropriate stakeholders, documents and tracks actions to completion, analyzes and summarizes key points relevant to government decision makers, organizes and relays government responses.

\n \n
\n The Level 3 Operations Support Specialist shall possess the following capabilities:

\n
\n
- Perform quality control on incoming requests, monitor, and process requests to closure.
\n
- Perform quality control on incoming work items.
\n
- Generate new actions based on incoming requests.
\n
- Communicate and coordinate actions with stakeholders.
\n
- Draft, format, and facilitate coordination of SPFs.
\n
- Analyze and summarize key points relevant to government decision makers.
\n
- Prepare meeting agendas, record decisions, and track follow-on actions to closure.
\n
- Collect and compile information to report statuses and metrics.
\n
- Train new team members.
\n
- Assists in designing and creating web pages, data storage mechanisms and, documenting new and existing procedures.
\n
- Assists in the implementation of operating methods to improve processing, distribution of information, and process controls.

Requirements \n
\n
\n
- A current and active TS/SCI Clearance with a MD Polygraph is required to be considered.
\n
- Requires six (6) years of relevant experience and an Associate\x27s degree, or five (5) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor\x27s degree, or three (3) years of relevant experience and a Master\x27s Degree. Two (2) additional years of relevant experience may be substituted for an Associate\x27s degree for a total of eight (8) years.

- Degree in Law, Business, Accounting, or a related field (e.g., Finance, Economics, Management and Information Technology).
\n \n
