Full job description
Summary This position is located at Welfare Recreation Association, Pentagon, Arlington, Virginia. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. Responsibilities Manages a business activity. Develops, recommends and enforces operating procedures. Represents the activity to the public. Conducts customer surveys, reviews usage/sales to make recommendations concerning services, promotion activities and revenue improvements. Supervises assigned staff. Evaluates financial statements, reviewing costs against revenues, advising supervisor of status and recommending improvements in merchandise lines, marketing, etc. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Resumes must be two pages (or less). A qualified candidate must possess the following: Work experience or education directly related to the duties to be performed. Education Additional Information Area of Consideration: The Area of Consideration for this vacancy announcement is Local (Within a 50-mile commuting radius of Arlington, Virginia). Allowances and Differentials This job is part of a pay-banded system. Sunday premium pay for regularly scheduled employees and night differential pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. Non-foreign overseas allowances, cost of living (COLA), and differentials will not be paid, contingent upon eligibility.
