Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. Responsibilities Manages a business activity. Develops, recommends and enforces operating procedures. Represents the activity to the public. Conducts customer surveys, reviews usage/sales to make recommendations concerning services, promotion activities and revenue improvements. Supervises assigned staff. Evaluates financial statements, reviewing costs against revenues, advising supervisor of status and recommending improvements in merchandise lines, marketing, etc. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Resumes must be two pages (or less).
