Full job description
Job Description:

Ensure compliance with all quality programs, including GMP, HACCP and SQF
-
Evaluate and assist in developing and refining processes, and critical control points in manufacturing, for
ongoing quality assurance of all finished goods
-
Participate and contribute to continuous improvement of departmental SOP’s
-
Assist in implementing Quality Assurance programs that effectively monitor product manufacturing in a way
that results in company compliance with regulatory SOP’s
- Establish manufacturing specifications, standards, protocols and procedures for quality control and new product
development

Develop and execute training programs that support the company’s objectives regarding document control
-
Apply administrative and record-keeping processes to support batch record document control
-
Committed to maintain excellent Food Safety Culture within the organization

Review production and QC records to ensure all paperwork is complete and accurate daily; correct
deviations in a timely manner to minimize loss and avoid non-compliance products
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
-
1-2 years of experience with reviewing documentation
-
Demonstrates ability to perform detail-oriented work with a high degree of accuracy
-
Strong MS Office skills
-
Excellent verbal and written communication
-
Thorough knowledge of methodologies and Quality Assurance and Production standards
Working conditions:
Moderate walking, standing, and/or climbing; light lifting and carrying, bending, and reaching. Changes in
temperature and humidity, and exposure to cold, heat, dust, and loud noise. There is no pulling, pushing, or
lifting more than 10 lbs.; Crouching may be required up to 5% of the shift; Physical strength to handle up to a
10-pound object, frequently.
Above average coordination, including eye-hand, hand-foot, and balance; above average endurance. Desk
work is required with open lines of communication amongst multiple departments.
