Heavy-Duty Diesel Technician - Build Your Career at Our Covington Shop
The Opportunity: Looking for a shop where good work gets noticed and skilled techs have a real path forward? The Service Company has been family-owned since 1978, and we've grown into one of the region's go-to names in heavy-duty truck repair - with locations across Ohio. We didn't get here by accident. We're hiring an experienced Diesel Technician at our Covington location to join a crew that takes pride in the work and looks out for each other. If you've got a couple of years of wrench time and you're ready to grow - we want to talk.
What You'll Be Doing:

Independent Wrenching: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair advanced air systems (compressors, dryers, valves), HVAC systems, and steering components.

Bolt-On Components: Manifolds, turbos, water pumps, fan drives, and air compressors.

Inspections & Alignments: Federal DOT inspections and accurate alignments using our shop equipment.

Electrical Troubleshooting: Tracking down starting and charging issues - alternators, batteries, starters.

Primary Systems: Brakes, wheel-end assemblies, drivelines, suspensions, and tire service.

What You Bring:

Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on work on heavy-duty trucks.

Credentials: Valid driver's license and a High School diploma (or equivalent). CDL is a plus.

The Right Mindset: Proactive problem-solver, takes pride in the work, communicates clearly, manages time well.

Physical Capability: Standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs in a busy shop environment.
