State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA/CNA) – Day Shift (7AM–7PM)
Scarlet Oaks Assisted Living – Cincinnati, OH
Full-Time | 12-Hour Shifts
Position Summary
Scarlet Oaks Assisted Living, part of the CCH Healthcare network, is seeking experienced and compassionate State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs/CNAs) for our 7AM–7PM day shift.
In this role, you will provide high-quality, resident-centered care in a supportive and team-oriented environment, helping ensure comfort, dignity, and safety for our residents.
What You’ll Do

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

Provide personal care and emotional support to residents

Take and record vital signs and report changes in condition to nursing staff
-
Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful living environment
-
Assist with meals, hydration, and feeding as needed
-
Document care accurately in accordance with facility policies

Work closely with nurses and interdisciplinary team to deliver quality care
Qualifications

Active Ohio STNA/CNA certification (required)
-
Prior experience in assisted living or skilled nursing preferred

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Compassionate, reliable, and resident-focused
Schedule
-
Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Full-time, 12-hour shifts

Rotating weekends/holidays as needed
