About the Work You will lead the creation of interactive, technology-driven distance learning experiences for the FDA workforce. Leveraging advanced authoring tools, video, multimedia, and web-based formats, you will convert complex ideas into captivating digital modules. Your work directly enables agency personnel to access just-in-time, accessible learning whenever and wherever they need it. This position is remote with periodic on-site presence in Silver Spring, MD. What You Bring to the Table

Education:Bachelor’s degree with Instructional Design & Technology Certification / Online Learning Professional Certification (or equivalent)

Experience:Minimum of 4 years of experiencein online course development and multimedia production.

Technical Requirements:

Proficiency with industry-standard e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).

Experience with SCORM/AICC compliance and integrating content into federal LMS platforms.

Background in video/multimedia presentation and distance learning methodologies.

Clearance:Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust suitability clearance.
