About the Opportunity:
JOB
PURPOSE:
Perform a wide variety of tasks to build, assemble, prep sub-assemblies, repair, move and ship completed parts following established procedures and schedules.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Assemble CSS parts
Pull stock CSS parts for shipping
Ship CSS parts
Complete Oracle transactions
Complete and maintain required paperwork
Verify parts meet quality standards
Communicate with other departments and/or carriers as needed
Operate pallet jack (manual and electric)
NON-ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Train other employees
Perform other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
High School graduate or equivalent
Previous experience in a similar role preferred
Ability to use a computer including processing Oracle transactions
Ability to operate small air, hand and electric tools
Ability to read operating instructions
Accurately read a tape measure
Effectively communicate in English (read, speak and understand)
Work independently in a fast-paced team environment
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Lift up to 30 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs rarely
Walk, stand, bend, squat, sit, twist/turn, reach overhead and grasp tools as necessary
Operate pallet jack (manual and electric)

Your base wage will be between $21.25 - $26.13 per hour and includes eligibility for overtime. The actual wage offer will be based on qualifications, experience, location, and other relevant factors. You'll have the opportunity to participate in the Production Bonus Plan, which provides opportunities to earn additional compensation based on performance metrics. Bonus eligibility is subject to meeting certain production goals and other criteria as outlined.
