Provide IT support to internal users, ensuring service excellence

Manage and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, thin clients, and related hardware

Track and maintain device and software inventory throughout lifecycle

Executes system updates, changes, and decommissions following change management protocols

Troubleshoot and resolve end-user technical issues, escalating when necessary
-
Contribute to process improvements using data, metrics, and Lean methodologies
-
Participate in root cause investigations and implement corrective actions
-
Ensure compliance with cybersecurity practices and report any vulnerabilities or incidents

Communicate status updates and document all work thoroughly

Bachelor’s Degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience

2+ years of related IT support / desktop administration experience

Experience supporting laptops, desktops, printers, and end-user computing devices

Knowledge of device lifecycle management and inventory tracking

Familiarity with change management processes (updates, modifications, deployments)

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills (intermediate level)

Ability to follow IT policies, standards, and security procedures

Solid verbal and written communication skills

Ability to document technical procedures, issues, and resolutions • Experience contributing to process improvement using Lean concepts or metrics

Exposure to root cause analysis and corrective action processes

Experience in cybersecurity best practices and vulnerability identification

Experience working in structured enterprise IT environments with global standards

Ability to present to small groups or stakeholders
