About the Role:

The Senior Associate, Talent Discovery & Selection (TDS) Operations plays a key role in the day-to-day utilization of Insmed's recruiting technology ecosystem to aid in operational efficiency and an exceptional talent experience. This position is responsible for optimizing Talent Discovery & Selection technologies, implementing automated recruiting workflows, transitioning manual processes, and supporting the adoption of innovative solutions that enhance recruiter productivity, hiring manager engagement, and candidate experience.

In this role, you'll partner closely with People Operations/HR Optimization, IT, vendors, and Talent Discovery & Selection leadership to continuously improve recruiting operations through technology and automation you will help maximize our TDS technology stack - including Workday Recruiting, conversational AI, candidate relationship management systems, prioritization tools, and future recruiting technologies. Reporting and analytics are an important dimension of this role, primarily to measure adoption, effectiveness, and business impact of recruiting technologies and operational improvements.

You'll also:

Serve as the day-to-day coordinator for the Talent Discovery & Selection technology ecosystem.

Identify operational efficiencies and recommend scalable process improvements.

Develop and maintain TDS dashboards, scorecards, and operational reporting.

Manage Insmed's new hire orientation program.

Provide backup support for interview scheduling, candidate coordination, and onboarding activities during periods of increased hiring volume.

Who You Are:

You have a minimum 1-3 years of experience supporting Talent Acquisition technology, recruiting operations, HR technology, or People Operations along with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, Analytics, or related field.

You are or you have:

Experience administering or supporting Workday Recruiting, conversational AI, candidate relationship management system, prioritization tools, and other recruiting technologies

Experience improving business processes through technology, workflow optimization, or automation.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel capabilities.

Nice to have (but not required):

Master's Degree with concentration in data analytics or related

Where You'll Work

This is a hybrid role based out of our Bridgewater, NJ office. You'll work remotely most of the time, with in-person collaboration when it matters most. You will be required to be onsite on Monday and Tuesdays, bi-weekly for new hire orientation sessions.
