POSITION SUMMARY
Position works alongside a rotational line to unload a variety of parts including playground decks. Great for someone looking to work as part of a team and takes pride in their quality of work.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Will check parts for physical defects.

Unload parts from PVC line.

Trim and touch up parts as needed to meet our internal quality standards.

Assist other team members with lifting and moving heavy parts continually throughout the day.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively.

Ability to handle repetitive lifting while using proper lifting techniques daily.

Ability to work overhead, and stand up constantly throughout the day.

High School Diploma or GED preferred.

The target hourly range is $18.50 - $20.00, depending upon qualifications and experience. The posted pay range reflects the expected compensation for a fully qualified candidate. Starting pay may be above or below this range based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and training needs.
In addition to hourly pay, the compensation package also includes eligibility for profit-sharing and monthly bonus opportunity. Additionally, for eligible full-time employees, we offer a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits; paid time off and paid holidays; 401(k) retirement plan and employee stock ownership plan.
