Job Description
The Universal Pre-K Director provides leadership and oversight for the SWP program, ensuring high-quality educational experiences, regulatory compliance, staff development, and strong family partnerships. The Director is responsible for the overall success, growth, and daily operations of the program.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the SWP program.
Ensure compliance with all UPK, licensing, health, and safety requirements.
Supervise, coach, and support teaching staff.
Implement and monitor curriculum, assessments, and school readiness goals.
Maintain positive relationships with families, school districts, and community partners.
Manage enrollment, staffing, budgeting, and program planning.
Lead continuous quality improvement efforts.
Foster a positive culture where children are loved and learning is enhanced.
