Shipping and Receiving Associate (Pharmaceuticals)
SUMMARY
The Shipping and Receiving Associate handles receipts from carriers, unpacks and checks the condition and content of deliveries against purchase orders and packing slips, and distributes materials to end users. This individual will coordinate corrections of shipment errors through Purchasing. Other duties may be assigned by the Manager.
Schedule: M-F 9am-6pm
Pay: $20/hour
Location: Wilmington, OH
What You’ll Be Doing

Receive shipments, unpack materials, and verify deliveries against purchase orders and packing slips

Enter shipping and receiving data into SAP

Manage material quarantine, release, transfers, and inventory tracking

Support shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution across departments

Maintain security and accountability of controlled and non-controlled materials (including DEA-regulated items)

Ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA, and DEA requirements

Perform cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies

Coordinate shipment corrections and returned materials with vendors and internal teams
Required Qualifications

High School Diploma minimum
-
Prior manufacturing experience is REQUIRED (shipping, receiving, inventory control, etc.)

Experience working in a cGMP-regulated environment

Previous SAP experience (or similar ERP systems)
