Full job description

Our client, an electronics processing, reuse, and recycling company, is seeking a Hardware Technician to join their team. As a Hardware Technician, you will be part of the Reverse Logistics operations supporting the management and processing of used electronic equipment. The ideal candidate will have reliability, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Hardware Technician

Location: Greencastle, Pennsylvania

Duration : 6 months

Dayshift Mon-Fri 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Nightshift Mon-Fri 5:00 PM - 1:30 AM

Pay Range: $26/hour

What's the Job?

  • Receive, maintain, and check-out electronic parts ensuring inventory accuracy

  • Load and unload shipments and transport parts between locations using material-handling equipment

  • Perform frequent lifting and material handling with attention to safety protocols

  • Maintain meticulous records of all incoming and outgoing commodities

  • Apply knowledge to determine appropriate testing procedures and component handling

What's Needed?

  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and physically robust with the ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately

  • Clear communication skills, both verbal and in writing

  • Prior experience in warehousing, reverse logistics, manufacturing, or de-manufacturing is a plus but not required

  • Comfort with physical demands: ability to lift, bend, and maneuver materials regularly throughout shifts

  • Willingness to follow safety protocols and work as part of a team
