Full job description

The Senior Manager, Product Marketing is a senior individual contributor within Greenway Health’s Product Strategy Organization (PSO) responsible for defining, defending, and operationalizing Greenway’s market-facing product value. This role owns Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) definition, persona and buying committee insight, positioning, messaging architecture, quantified value frameworks, competitive narrative, win/loss intelligence, objection insight, and lifecycle storytelling across the product portfolio. This position serves as the source of truth for product value, market positioning, and competitive differentiation. The role ensures Greenway has a single, consistent, evidence-based value story across Product, Technology, Commercial, Marketing, Customer Success, and Analyst channels.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • The Senior Manager is expected to operate with high autonomy, executive presence, and strong cross-functional influence.

  • This is an individual contributor role with no people-management accountability.

  • Success requires the ability to set direction, create durable frameworks, synthesize customer and competitive signals, influence Product and Technology decisions, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for roadmap, pricing, packaging, launch readiness, and value realization.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

  • MBA or other advanced degree preferred.

  • Seven (7) or more years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Strategy, or related go-to-market (GTM) roles.

  • Proven experience defining product positioning, messaging, and value frameworks in a B2B environment.

  • Demonstrated experience partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success leadership teams.

  • Healthcare, healthcare IT (HCIT), or enterprise SaaS experience strongly preferred.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

  • Deep expertise in product positioning, value articulation, and lifecycle messaging.

  • Strong ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear, buyer-centric value.

  • Proven success influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.

  • Experience synthesizing market, competitive, and customer insights into actionable strategy.

  • Strong executive presence with the ability to present to senior Sales, Product, and Marketing leaders.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

  • Data-informed mindset with the ability to balance insight and narrative.

  • Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • High emotional intelligence and strong collaboration skills.

Work Environment/Physical Demands

  • While at work, this position is primarily a sedentary job and requires that the associate can work in an environment where they will consistently be seated for the majority of the workday.

  • This role requires that one can sit and regularly type on a keyboard the majority of the workday.

  • This position requires the ability to observe a computer screen for long periods of time to observe their own and others’ work, as well as incoming and outgoing communications via the computer and/or mobile devices.

  • The role necessitates the ability to listen and speak clearly to customers and other associates.
