The Electrification and Automation (EA) Business Unit offers the full range of energy distribution systems and solutions for all markets and through all sales channels. We are looking for a Warehouse Team Lead to join our new PACS Facility. This position will be based in Wendell, NC .
As a Team Lead, you will manage all aspects of the warehouse. Our Lead position requires basic warehousing skills and will be responsible for all aspects of material handling. Candidates will be handling inbound materials, auditing, replenishment, and will also perform put-away and inventory tasks.
Shift Hours : 6:00 AM- 2:30 PM
Hourly Rate : $24.79
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications :
Basic Qualifications:
-
5+ years of experience working in the shipping department of a manufacturing plant, plus previous experience in a manufacturing setting or related role.
-
3+ years’ experience operating forklifts, including reach truck, sit-down, and cherry pickers.
-
Proficient in SAP–ERP systems and RF devices.
-
Able to lift parts or sub-assemblies weighing up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
-
Basic English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.
-
Applicants must be legally authorized for employment within the United States without the need for current or future employer - sponsored work authorization.
Preferred Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED

Problem solving (A3, 8D, etc)

Able to work independently with minimal supervision, resolve conflict professionally
You’ll make an impact by:

Adheres to developed processes and methods, while also identifying opportunities for improvement.

Empowers the team by participating in equipment/work area cleaning for safety and functionality, and supports new employee training and SAP system access setup.

Performs additional duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.
