Are you detail-oriented, organized, and great at juggling multiple priorities? At Atterbury Job Corps, our Administrative Assistants are the glue that keeps the Social Development Department running smoothly — handling everything from correspondence to special projects with accuracy and professionalism.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

Provide administrative and technical support to the Social Development Department, assisting with special projects and other departments as needed

Conduct research, prepare statistical reports, handle information requests, and perform clerical functions including mail distribution, correspondence, scheduling, and travel arrangements

Ensure timely submission, logging, and tracking of Center contract deliverables, requests, reports, and correspondence

Draft, write, and proofread internal and external communications with the Corporate Office, Department of Labor, and outside organizations

Maintain Job Corps/Company systems and libraries (e.g., CIS, OA, CTS, CSSR, SMR, ABRA, MAS200, FMS, eRequester, School Dude, PRH, and related directives/SOPs)

Prepare, coordinate, and distribute the Center's weekly newsletter and meeting minutes

Ensure the department area is organized, clean, safe, and conducive to student and staff success
WHAT YOU BRING

High School Diploma or equivalent (required)

Degree or certification from an accredited or relevant certified training program or school (preferred)

Minimum of three years of secretarial or administrative support experience (required)

Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (required)
