Job Title: Property Transition Intern
Job-Type: Internship (6 Months)
Reports To: Property Transition Manager
Location: Jakarta
What you’ll be doing:
- Assist the Property Transition Manager to coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new properties joining our coliving network
- Support site assessments to identify operational needs and logistical requirements
- Update and maintain the property database and related documentation
- Assist to establish and maintain operational procedures, guidelines, and standards to uphold the company's brand and service excellence
- Oversee property staff performance and maintain operational processes, protocols, and safety procedures.
- Assist regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with operational standards, health, and safety regulations
- Support to address any operational issues or discrepancies promptly
- Support to monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements to enhance the resident experience.
- Assist in preparing comprehensive handover documentation detailing property specifications, operational procedures, and key contacts
- Support coordination with the designated property manager/associate to facilitate a smooth transition and transfer of responsibilities
What makes you a great fit:
- Final-year student or Fresh Graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in any field (Hospitality, Business/Administration, or Engineering is preferred)
- Having knowledge in operations management within the real estate, hospitality, or property management industry will be preferred
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Resourceful and have high initiative
- High energy
- Comfortable traveling to different property locations as part of daily responsibilities.
