Job Title: Property Transition Intern

Job-Type: Internship (6 Months)

Reports To: Property Transition Manager

Location: Jakarta

What you’ll be doing:

  • Assist the Property Transition Manager to coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new properties joining our coliving network
  • Support site assessments to identify operational needs and logistical requirements
  • Update and maintain the property database and related documentation
  • Assist to establish and maintain operational procedures, guidelines, and standards to uphold the company's brand and service excellence
  • Oversee property staff performance and maintain operational processes, protocols, and safety procedures.
  • Assist regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with operational standards, health, and safety regulations
  • Support to address any operational issues or discrepancies promptly
  • Support to monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements to enhance the resident experience.
  • Assist in preparing comprehensive handover documentation detailing property specifications, operational procedures, and key contacts
  • Support coordination with the designated property manager/associate to facilitate a smooth transition and transfer of responsibilities

What makes you a great fit:

  • Final-year student or Fresh Graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in any field (Hospitality, Business/Administration, or Engineering is preferred)
  • Having knowledge in operations management within the real estate, hospitality, or property management industry will be preferred
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Resourceful and have high initiative
