Full job description
Our client, a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Technical Lead – AR/VR QA & Data Collection for their Playa Vista, CA/ Los Angeles, CA location. Responsibilities:

Manage independent workflows
-
Troubleshoot software /Hardware/network issues
-
Monitor the status and health of distributed data capture system and validate them
-
Data management effectively ensuring data security , accuracy and integrity .

Effective RAID tracking and metrics reporting during the various cadences with stakeholder & engineers
-
Maintain knowledge repository and develop playbooks for effective troubleshooting
-
Document and train the support team with the technical training received from the engineers
-
Ensure compliance with project protocols, quality standards, policies, and process changes.
Requirements:

ARVR & Hardware Engineering hands-on experience

Proficiency in working with Linux environments & ADB

Proficiency in Data collection methods and processes
