Job Description

This daylight role offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with potential Saturday shifts during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive general labor tasks by removing brick from kiln carts and stacking it onto the monorail in a safe and efficient manner.

• Assist in all aspects of brick manufacturing operations to support consistent production flow.

Essential Skills

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred, particularly in production or general labor environments.

• Strong mechanical skills and understanding, with the ability to be mechanically inclined and work with machines and equipment.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly as part of daily job duties.

• Attention to detail to ensure consistent quality of brick and accurate completion of SOPs and inventory documents.

• Willingness to learn new processes and take direction from supervisors and team leads.

• Comfort using hand tools and power tools in a safe and controlled manner.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Production experience in a manufacturing, construction, or general labor setting.

• Experience with machine operation, repair, or maintenance in an industrial environment.

• Experience in carpentry, construction, bricklaying, or similar trades that involve hand and power tools.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
