Insight Global is looking for an Enterprise Architect to join a growing team. This person must be able to travel onsite to Connecticut as needed to lead the transformation of our enterprise systems across ERP, MES and PLM Systems. This role blends technical leadership with business insight—driving strategic roadmaps, planning application modernization, and solving complex internal challenges through targeted system designs. They will be leading architectural design and planning for enterprise applications and working with stakeholders to develop roadmaps and strategic plans. They will deliver and document "as built" architecture for manufacturing systems and present proof of concept solutions for internal enterprise wide systems.

Skills and Requirements

10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture

Business Process Reengineering

Experience creating strategic roadmaps

Knowledge solving complex internal process and software application challenges

Strong Diagramming experience

Stakeholder management

Exposure to manufacturing or engineering environment Experience with PLM systems

Background in engineering, manufacturing, or product development environments.

Familiarity with digital thread, model‑based engineering, or product data management.

Knowledge of industry frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or SAFe.

Experience with microservices, event‑driven architectures, and API‑first design.
