We are seeking an Epic Principal Trainer with strong expertise in Resolute Hospital Billing and Claims , along with experience supporting Dorothy and Home Health billing, claims, and intake workflows . This role requires MST experience and a deep understanding of the revenue cycle to develop and deliver meaningful Epic education that supports accuracy, consistency, and confidence across our care continuum. The ideal candidate is a trusted subject matter expert, collaborative partner, and passionate educator who is committed to supporting our Mission through effective training and system adoption.
Job Summary:
Facilitates and delivers technical training; assessment, preparation, delivery and evaluation to meet the technical training needs of the organization. Maintains meaningful relationships with business operations, information technology, leadership, system users and vendors.
Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Configures, supports and maintains Epic Training applications to meet the needs of the organization. Serves as coordinator and collaborates with business operations, information technology, leadership, system users, and vendors.

Builds in and understands the Electronic Health Record (EHR) (Epic) in order to competently develop training curriculum, resources, and facilitate training delivery.

Knowledgeable of system standard workflows. Analyzes new workflows, application dependencies, and user competencies through collaboration with operational end-users, subject matter experts (SME), and application analysts.

Designs and maintains Epic training environment build, scenarios, and role-based training materials.

Analyzes training data, reviews training feedback, and assessment data to determine curriculum modifications that ensure training success. Devises modes of assessment to measure the effectiveness of the training.

Contributes to the planning, design, development, build, and maintenance of the training environments. Assists in the coordination of training environment testing.

Supports small teams or projects as needed with manageable risk, resource requirements, and complexity. Applies project management principles to support the creation of project tasks.

Serves as an IT liaison for Epic functionality training and support. Solves complex problems based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.

Contributes to planning, design, development, build and uses knowledge of best practices for technical training platforms and authoring tools (LMS, SharePoint, MS Teams, Articulate, Camtasia, Captivate, etc.).

Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent years of experience and education
EXPERIENCE
- Three years' experience
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.

Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.

Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors.

Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.

Frequent keyboard use/data entry.

Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping.

Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs.

Rare climbing.
REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL LICENSE AND/OR CERTIFICATIONS
- Epic certification or accreditation in one or more modules
