What You'll Be Doing

Safely perform assigned job duties while following company and union work practices.

Operate, maintain, and/or support equipment and processes to meet production goals.

Conduct routine inspections and report safety, equipment, or operational concerns.

Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient daily operations.

Support continuous improvement efforts that enhance safety, quality, and productivity.
