Full job description
Job Title: 2nd Shift Machine Operator Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Machine Operator who will play a crucial role in forming large rolls of thin metal into siding for buildings and roofs. This position is vital to ensuring the highest quality standards in our production process.
Responsibilities

Clean work area daily, including sweeping floors, emptying trash, and stacking pallets.

Perform all quality checks and ensure the highest quality in produced items.

Double count all pieces and verify color and profile before wrapping.

Maintain adequate stock levels of flats in racks.

Complete all orders that require running flats for the day's trucks (10 or more).

Assist with lifting sheet metal into the machine with a partner.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

No prior manufacturing experience required.

Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $45760.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
