Job Description

This engineering role will have responsibility for guiding Project Management and Construction Management practices (safety, quality, schedule, cost) through the execution. The role involves selecting and configuring technologies to achieve desired product throughput while meeting capital and savings goals.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop optimum scope for best value solutions for capital projects

  • Responsible for determining the choice and configuration of the technologies that will deliver the necessary throughput for the products shipped out to P&G customers while delivering project capital & savings goals.

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, a strong sense of urgency and capability to influence and drive rigor within a team of functional partners (Engineering, Operations, QA, Finance and Contractors) to find low-cost solutions and mitigate business risks.

Job Qualifications

Required

  • B S Degree in Engineering. Electrical Engineering is preferred

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and/or construction management practices with the ability to execute capital projects from concept through design and construction closeout.

  • Advanced Project Management Qualification and Intermediate Construction Management qualification is preferred.

  • Experience with EWP (Engineering Work Process) and capital project delivery is essential. This role is accountable for concept development, scope definition, design, and delivery
