Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Finance Analyst to ensure the quality and accuracy of automated credit reports and contribute to the development of robust credit analysis frameworks. The role requires a deep understanding of financial documents and analytical expertise to drive reliable credit assessments and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualification: MBA finance OR CA Intermediate or CA Final with exceptional analytical and numerical abilities.

Responsibilities: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, analyze financial data, and provide insights.

Conduct in-depth analysis of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and KPIs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into financial models.

Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis and financial modeling.

Develop and maintain reporting systems, dashboards, and data visualizations for stakeholders.

Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.

Continuously improve financial reporting processes and systems for enhanced efficiency and accuracy.

Excellent communication skills to present complex financial information to diverse audiences.

Skills and Qualifications:

MBA finance / CA professionals with 0-2 years of experience

Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of proficiency in data analysis and numerical reasoning.

Strong problem-solving skills to address gaps and inconsistencies in credit frameworks and reports.
