Hiring Welders pay up to $36/hour in Anoka, MN.
Location : Anoka, MN.
Shift : Multiple shifts and Flexible schedule - within reason
Pay Range : up to $36/hr - Based on weld test/interview - not just years of experience
Responsibilities:

DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS and LEVELS REQUIRE DIFFFERNT SKILLS SO NOT ALL ARE REQUIRED

TIG/GTAW and heliarc welding AND/OR GMAW/Pulse welding

Produce custom, short-run, and prototype equipment to meet detailed design and quality requirements.

Welding blueprints w/ symbols, drawings, and GD&T specifications to execute accurate welds and fabrications.

Support continuous improvement of welding techniques and fabrication methods by learning and applying new skills in the custom shop.
Work Environment :
The position is based in a temperature-controlled, custom fabrication shop focused on highest level of products. Hours are structured BUT flexible - family first type environment , providing a consistent schedule. You will work with TIG and MIG welding equipment, wire feed systems, hand tools, and measuring instruments in a setting designed for custom and prototype production.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $36.00/hr.
