Rapyd is looking to hire an Specialist in payroll processing. The person concerned will oversee Rapyd's salary processing in Iceland and participate in the international work of the human resources team. As a Payroll Specialist at Rapyd you will be a part of a global HR team located all over the world.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee payroll processing for over 200 employees

  • Oversee payroll and time registration systems

  • Continuous improvement of payroll processes and procedures

  • Maintain the Equal Pay System and manage annual audits

  • Collaborate with Rapyd's global compensation & benefit team

  • Analyze local compensation and benefits programs

Requirements ● 3+ years experience in payroll processing

  • Significant experience using Kjarni and/or H3

  • Knowledge of time registration systems is a plus

  • Strong data and analytical skill sets

  • Solid organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail

  • High level of integrity and professionalism in dealing with confidential information

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Icelandic
