John R. Bromiley Company Inc. is an ISO 9001 and AS9100 certified precision manufacturing company that specializes in multi-axis CNC Milling/Turning and multi-axis CNC Swiss Turning. For over 50 years we have offered machining solutions for many industries including Aerospace, Medical, Military, Electric Power, Instrumentation and Hydraulics.
The primary responsibility of a Nightshift CNC Machinist is to keep multiple CNC machines running production throughout the evening. Experience with both lathes and mills a plus.

Performs and documents in-process inspections per AS9100 procedures.

Diagnoses and rectifies tooling problems and machine malfunctions.

Provides feedback to day shift on progress of job.

Provides recommendations to improve production methods and best use of equipment and tooling.

Maintains work area in a neat and orderly manner. Observes safety rules and company policies.
REQUIREMENTS:

At least 8 years machining experience with 4 years of multi-axis machining.

Ability to understand prints and engineering drawings with knowledge of basic algebra, geometry/trigonometry concepts along with an understanding of geometric tolerancing.

Ability to meet physical demands of the job, including but not limited to: frequent standing and walking; frequent kneeling; bending; lifting or moving up to 20 lbs; occasional lifting or moving up to 75 lbs.

Strong safety, quality, and teamwork orientation with track record of dependability.

Experience with MasterCam or Solidworks software is a plus.
