Job Overview

Hubbell Lenoir City is currently recruiting for the following work schedule: Hours: 10 hours daily, from 4 PM to 2:30 AM Days: Monday through Thursday, with mandatory overtime on Fridays and Saturdays as needed.

A Day In The Life

The ideal candidate for this role will perform a wide range of duties in a manufacturing environment. This individual will be responsible for supporting the casting process by cutting fiberglass for polymer products. Employees are responsible for trimming and cutting all fiberglass and making necessary cuts.

What will help you thrive in this role?

  • Cutting Fiberglass promptly / Cutting glass for production.

  • Housekeeping Keep the area clean and orderly for the day and the next shift

  • Ability to work safely and flow procedures

  • Ability to be on your feet for 10 hours.

  • Must be able to complete all other duties assigned by supervisor.

  • Recognize and report any equipment problems or defects to management and maintenance.

  • Flow instructions

  • Have experience using an electric knife, utility knife, chain hoist, tape measure, and ruler.

  • Work well with others.

  • Maintain records.

  • Read daily schedules and open orders to verify that each area's glass is available for shift production.

  • Lift 30 pounds.
