Full job description

Under the immediate supervision of the clinic supervisor, responsibilities including various tasks relating to the daily operation of the clinic (filing, retrieval, answering telephones, faxing, purging files, multiple computer system). Displays commitment to department and helps in finding solutions to problems and working as a team to promote OZH’s mission, vision, values, standards, policies and procedures.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Must have good organizational skills, good office skills and the ability to deal courteously and effectively with providers, patients, vendors, and other health care workers.

  • Two years plus prior medical office experience.

  • Computer skills are equivalent to one year on the job training.
