VCA Oshtemo Animal Hospital is expanding our Patient Care Team and seeking a full-time Veterinary Technician!

We are a five-doctor small animal hospital that offers preventive care, surgery, dentistry, diagnostics, and compassionate client education while maintaining a welcoming, supportive workplace where everyone can succeed.
The Role
As a Licensed Veterinary Technician , you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care. You’ll work closely with our veterinarians to support a variety of medical procedures while helping guide clients through their pet’s care with confidence and compassion.
What You’ll Do

Assist with surgical procedures, including anesthesia monitoring and recovery

Perform dental cleanings, charting, andradiographs
-
Administer medications, vaccines, andtreatments
-
Collect samples and run in-housediagnostics

Place catheters and support patienttreatments
-
Educate clients on care plans, medications, and follow-up
What We’re Looking For

Licensed Veterinary Technician (CVT, LVT, RVT) or eligible to sit for the VTNE
-
Strong technical and clinical skills

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-pacedenvironment

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
