  • Build and operate an ongoing quality assurance program with the medical director for clinical workflows and care operations.

  • Monitor workflow accuracy, protocol adherence, escalation timeliness, patient safety metrics, complaints, and operational performance.

  • Coordinate recurring quality and governance meetings, including agendas, materials, minutes, action items, and follow-up.

  • Lead incident reviews, corrective action tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives, including third party audits in partnership with Clinical Leadership and other cross-functional teams.

Clinical Documentation & Knowledge Management

  • Maintain clean, version-controlled documentation of clinical workflows, policies, procedures, decision trees, escalation pathways, and operational protocols.

  • Maintain governance documentation, meeting records, approvals, and other operational records required to support the clinical organization.

Clinical Workflow

  • Work with our clinical leadership team to continuously improve software-enabled clinical workflows for virtual and asynchronous care.

  • Support validation of clinical decision logic that powers patient routing, AI-assisted triage, alerting, escalation, and care coordination.

Business & Practice Operations

  • Manage day-to-day operational infrastructure supporting the MSO and affiliated medical practices.

  • Coordinate funds flow, bank account administration, payment workflows, reconciliations, accounts payable, and financial reporting in partnership with Finance.

Cross-Functional & Vendor Partnership

  • Serve as a central operational partner for the practice across Clinical, Finance, Legal, Compliance, HR, Product, Engineering, and Revenue Cycle.

  • Identify operational risks, gaps, and dependencies and drive cross-functional initiatives through resolution.

Care Operations Support

  • As our program scales, build and support the operational infrastructure required for clinical teams to deliver care efficiently and safely.

  • Monitor operational performance and recommend systems, staffing, and process improvements that support quality, efficiency, and scalability

What You'll Need

  • Experience leading clinical or healthcare operations within digital health, virtual care, or a multi-state healthcare organization

  • Experience managing quality assurance programs, governance processes, policies and procedures, or operational audits

  • Experience with healthcare business operations, including budgeting, payroll, funds flow, banking, vendor management, or financial administration

  • Strong documentation and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple cross-functional workstreams

  • Strong systems thinking with the ability to balance clinical quality, patient safety, operational efficiency, financial stewardship, and scalability
